A: my suggestion is to get windows 10 not now because this could happen:
some upgraded windows-users cannot open start menu, cortana and edge.
some network and cabled hardware (printers, plotters, scanners etc.) are unknown.
it can be slow or some other bugs.
is windows 10 spying?
to say it so, i don't really know that. but i will update this if i have more information!
